Eligible refunds
Approved refunds may deduct delivered services, taxes, processing costs and non-recoverable media commitments.
Changes and credits
Where possible, rescheduling or an approved credit may be offered depending on availability and agreed commercial terms.
Written requests
Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing. The applicable signed proposal or order takes precedence.
